RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Returning and exchanging your product is very easy and simple. You have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to return or exchange. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in the same condition, you received them. If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product and the original shipping costs will be refunded, but a return fee applies. The return fee will be deducted from the refund. Please see the return fee from Terms & Conditions.


Items can be exchanged once with complimentary shipping charges but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on the exchange. Please be aware that outside Finland you can exchange an item only for another one with the same or lower price as the original order. 


HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE:

DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE

1. Provide a return/exchange notice to our customer care by email or phone.
2. Fill out the exchange/return form and make sure you have the DHL return dispatch note from the package of your original order.
3. Pack the item you want to return carefully by using the original shoe box and the original shipping bag, or another protective box. Make sure the filled out exchange/return form is inside the package.

4. Contact your local DHL customer service www.dhl.com and request a pick-up. Look for the Task Center on the right side of the page.

  1. Click the Request pick-up to schedule online pick-up and select for eReturn.
  2. Alternatively, you may go to https://locator.dhl.com to find a DHL Service Point Location to see your nearest DHL centers to drop off your shipment.

5. Give the shipment and the DHL dispatch note to the DHL courier. Orders outside the EU also require two copies of the commercial invoice.

 

POSTAL SERVICE (Only in Finland)

1. Provide a return/exchange notice to our customer care by email or phone.
2. Fill out the exchange/return form and make sure you have the POSTAL SERVICE return dispatch note from the package of your original order.
3. Pack the item you want to return carefully by using the original shoe box and the original shipping bag, or another protective box. Make sure the filled out exchange/return form is inside the package.
4. Attach the dispatch note on the top of the package.
5. Take the package to the nearest Post Office.


Items should be returned in accordance with the above process and any additional instructions received from our customer care team. Please note that we will not cover any additional costs resulting from other delivery methods/options.
