I'VE FORGOTTEN MY USERNAME AND/OR MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Your username is the email address you used to set up your account. If you have forgotten this email address you need to set up a new account.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product. Outside the EU the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product has been discovered faulty. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU the original shipping costs will be refunded but a return fee applies. More information on returns here.
